Ingredients

Icing (50%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin powder (dried egg white, carrier solvent triethyl citrate), lemon juice, natural colours (turmeric, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, beetroot red, vegetable carbon), anticaking agent calcium carbonate and preservative potassium sorbate. Gingerbread biscuit (45%): Wheat flour, margarine (non-hydrogenated palm oil [fruit mesocarp]), water, salt, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids [soya]), preservative potassium sorbate, antioxidant citric acid, natural butter flavour, natural colour turmeric, golden syrup, sugar, pasteurised egg, vinegar, leavening agent sodium bicarbonate, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Coconut sprinkles (3%): Unsweetened desiccated coconut and preservative sulphur dioxide. Star sprinkles (2%): Sugar, non-hydrogenated sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour, corn starch, natural vanilla flavour and natural colours (beetroot red, turmeric, chlorophylls).

Storage

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the product is stored in an airtight container. This product is moisture, light and heat sensitive.
