Preparation Guidelines

Preparing the icing: Rub the icing bag between your hands to blend its contents together. Separation is normal since we use natural colours! Cut a small hole in each piping bag by snipping the pointy end with clean scissors. Building the walls: Lay out one end panel wall and pipe icing lines on the biscuit. Attach a side panel to the icing lines and allow the icing to set until firm. Completing the walls: Repeat the previous step with the other end panel and side panels, so you have all four walls iced together. Attach the roof: Pipe down the reverse sides of the front and back roof panels, then add the roof section. Do this on one roof panel at a time, then pipe a line across the top to hold it securely in place. Piping decorations: Follow the little indents on each biscuit to decorate your gingerbread house. The little scallops on the roof are for the tiles and the window and door shapes which will make it look like a house. Sweet decorations: As you pipe each section decorate with red and white oval candies, red and white sugar canes, coconut sprinkles and icing.

Icing (28%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin, colours (beetroot red, turmeric) and preservative potassium sorbate. Red and white oval candy (5%): Sugar, glucose syrup, water, natural creamy mint flavour and natural colour black carrot extract. Red and white sugar canes (3%): Sugar, glucose syrup, water, natural creamy mint flavour and natural colour black carrot extract.
