Preparation Guidelines

Fan oven: 14-16 minutes at 180°C, gas mark 4. Turn once. Frying pan: 5-7 minutes on a medium heat. Turn every now and then. Heating instructions are based on the defrosted product. Ensure the product is piping hot before consumption. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 3 days.

Ingredients

Water, wheat flour, 15% vegetable protein (soya protein, wheat gluten, soya protein isolate), sunflower oil, vinegar, starch (potato, wheat), spices, natural flavouring, thickener methyl cellulose, salt, lemon juice, gelling agent (potassium chloride), mineral (ferrous fumarate) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
