Using sage with most savoury recipes will add a fantastic aroma and new flavour.
Sage is well known for its strong aromas and is bursting with nutrients. It’s high in vitamin K and is very low in calories.
Remove the leaves from the stalk and rinse them under cold running water. You can then mince or chiffonade the leaves as you desire.
Country of Origin
Wrap the leaves in a damp paper towel and place it into a medium sized food/sandwich bag. Seal it and pop it in the fridge.
