Preparation Guidelines
Stovetop/Skillet: Pour the desired amount of frozen cauliflower into a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté until heated through and water has cooked off. Cooking times may vary depending on the amount of cauliflower being prepared, about 5 minutes for the 340g bag. Microwave: Open the outer bag. Remove internal bag(s) and place in the microwave for about 5 minutes. If cooking more than one bag, make sure they are not overlapping. Do not pierce the bag. Do not microwave the outer packaging.
