Preparation Guidelines
Hob. Time: 15-18 mins. Rinse 75g of rice per person in running water. Bring large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan, stir and return to the boil. Cover and simmer gently for 15-18 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and drain well.
