Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.

Bring the baking soda and water to the boil.

Roll out the puff pastry, dock with a fork and brush with the baking soda solution. Sprinkle with everything seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp.

Fry the capers in oil until crisp. Remove the capers and fry the eggs sunny side up.

Spread the pastry with cream cheese, top with smoked salmon, eggs, onions and radishes.

Scatter with fried capers and serve.
