Download PDFBlend the pineapple, limes, ginger shot, cold water and condensed milk 30-40 seconds until the limes are broken down but not over-blended or bitter.
Strain through a fine sieve into a large jug filled with ice.
Stir well, then serve straight away with pineapple wedges and lime slices.
