Top and tail the celery sticks and cut them in half.
Place 1-2 tsp of labneh into the hollow of each celery stick and spread to smooth out.
Slice the cheese into ½cm-thick strips. Place the strips on the celery, overlapping each in a braid-like pattern.
Trim the edges and place two raisins at the top of each celery stick to form eyes.
