Gently apply to wrists, temples and even the bottoms of your feet. Keep in your bag, pocket, or desk so that you can apply when you need it the most. Apply just before bed. The healing properties linger on long after the aroma fades. To fully benefit from the healing properties, massage the roller into specific reflexology and pressure points, such as center of the big toe pad, middle of the ball of foot, heel area, along the inner arch, sides of the toes, center of palm, thumb pad, base of fingers, base of the thumb, Shen Men (upper inside ear), ear lobe, antihelix (inner curved ridge), back of neck at base of skull, center of chest (heart center), lower back, temples, and forehead. Rub between palms and take 10 deep inhalations to elicit the powerful physiologic, mental, and emotional responses from this blend.
