Cook from frozen. Ensure the product is cooked through before serving. Cooking instructions are given as a guide. Cooking temperature and time may vary. Do not reheat once cooked. To pan fry, reheat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Turn the heat down to low and add 4 Thryve Chicken Nuggets. Cook for 12 minutes, turning occasionally. To air fry, preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200°C. Sprinkle the base of 4 Thryve Chicken Nuggets with a little oil and place into the air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes, until cooked through.
