Oven cook From Frozen Cook from frozen. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer the contents into an ovenproof dish and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 45 - 50 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 45-50 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
