The history of Dr Oetker began in January 1891, when company founder Dr August Oetker fulfilled a lifelong dream by acquiring the Aschoff'sche pharmacy in Bielefeld, Germany. What he developed here through persistent research revolutionized baking and made the preparation of food and pastries much easier. More than 130 years later, the small pharmacy has grown into a family business selling their pizza's and baking ingredients to customers around the world.

Wheat flour, 25% tomato puree, 16% mushrooms, 15% cheese (M ozzarella Cheese (pasteurised Cow's Milk, salt, microbial rennet, starter culture), Edam Cheese (pasteurised Cow's milk, salt, starter cultures, microbial rennet, calcium chloride (firming agent)), rapeseed oil, water, yeast, salt, sugar, modified corn starch (distarch phosphate thickener), emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (basis: Vegetable oils), powdered mushrooms, garlic, parsley, oregano, hydrolysed vegetable protein (basis: protein of maize and rapeseed), maltodextrin, caramelised sugar, extract of rosemary.
