Maille has been a kitchen cupboard staple for more than 270 years. It all started when Antoine-Claude Maille discovered the amazing properties of vinegar. He opened his first boutique in Paris in 1747, selling a rich range of aromatic mustards. He soon developed a loyal customer base of locals and royals, and soon became an international brand.
