Details
Nectarines are very similar to peaches. They’re both stone fruits, they both have white or yellow flesh and they’re both very juicy. The key difference is that, unlike the peach, nectarines are smooth-skinned. They’re also slightly sweeter.

Wash before use. If you cut them in half, you can remove the pointy stone in the centre.
