Details
Rude Health was launched 2005 by Nick and Camilla Barnard with the ultimate muesli. The range has since expanded to granola, porridge, dairy-free drinks and more but the approach towards ensuring the quality ingredients and no artificial or refined ingredients remaining the same.
Ingredients
Oat flakes, barley flakes, sunflower oil, date syrup, raw cane sugar, strawberries (1%), raspberries (0.6%).
