Preparation Guidelines
Boil 2 cups water. Add 10 shrimp (or tofu) and 1 cup of quartered mushrooms. Simmer until cooked through. Add 2 sachets of Tom Yam instant soup. Add 2 lemongrass stalks (sliced) and 2 small chillies. Simmer for 5 minutes. A 1 tbsp of lime juice.
