Biscuits (60%): Wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm, water, salt, emulsifiers [soya lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids], preservative potassium sorbate, acidity regulator citric acid, natural flavouring, natural colour curcumin), golden syrup, sugar, egg, vinegar, cinnamon (0.8%), raising agent sodium bicarbonate and salt. Icing (36%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin powder (dried egg white, foaming agent triethyl citrate), lemon juice, natural colours (iron oxides and hydroxides, copper complexes of chlorophylls, beta-carotene, beetroot red) and preservative potassium sorbate. Star sprinkles (4%): Sugar, non-hydrogenated sunflower seed oil, potato starch, rice flour, corn starch and natural vanilla flavouring.
