Preparation Guidelines
Rinse leaves before using. To preserve puree leaves with oilve oil then freeze in an ice cube tray. Drop a cube straight into your cooking when you need heightened aroma and flavour.
Storage
Remove sleeve to allow air circulation. Place on a saucer in a bright, sunny spot, away from draughts. Water from the base when the soil appears dry - sparingly, ensuring the plant is never overwatered. Avoid leaving the pot standing in excess water.
