Preparation Guidelines
Pan: Fry for 8 minutes. Turn frequently or until cooked thoroughly. Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4, and roast for 12 minutes. Perfect on their own or in your favourite casserole, stew, or sauce.
