Preparation Guidelines
ROAST: Oven cook from chilled. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Rest for 20 minutes. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
