Our delicious beef salami?pizza has a thin crust topped with freshly made tomato sauce?and mozzarella cheese. It has an authentic Neopolitan crust and is made with 48-hour fermented pizza dough. Oven cooks in 10 minutes.

Preparation Guidelines

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. To oven cook: Defrost the pizza for 10 minutes. Remove the plastic film. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Place the pizza directly on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes. The pizza is ready to serve when the cheese has melted, turned golden and the base is the desired colour. Ensure the pizza is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Ingredients

Pizza dough (wheat flour, sunflower oil, yeast, salt, water), pizza sauce (tomato pulp, olive oil, sugar, basil leaves), mozzarella cheese (pasteurised cow’s milk, microbiological rennet, starter culture) and beef salami (beef meat, beef fat, maltodextrin, pea protein, spices [white pepper, garlic, black pepper], dextrose, natural beef extract flavouring).

Contains wheat, gluten, milk and lactose. Prepared in a facility that handles allergens including nuts.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and cook within 3 days.
