Preparation Guidelines

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. To oven cook: Defrost the pizza for 10 minutes. Remove the plastic film. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Place the pizza directly on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes. The pizza is ready to serve when the cheese has melted, turned golden and the base is the desired colour. Ensure the pizza is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Pizza dough (wheat flour, sunflower oil, yeast, salt, water), pizza sauce (tomato pulp, olive oil, sugar, basil leaves), mozzarella cheese (pasteurised cow’s milk, microbiological rennet, starter culture), marinated chicken breast (chicken breast, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper), Portobello mushroom and caramelised onion.
