Preparation Guidelines

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results, cook from frozen. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Remove all packaging before cooking. To oven cook from frozen: Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C, gas mark 7. Place pizza directly on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 13-15 minutes. The pizza is ready to serve when the cheese melts, turns golden and the base is the desired colour. Ensure pizza is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Woodfired sourdough pizza base (wheat flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], water, durum wheat semolina, salt, dried whole meal spelt wheat sourdough, yeast, extra virgin olive oil), tomato sauce (14%) (concentrated tomato purée, water, salt, sunflower oil, acid [citric acid], dried herbs, dried garlic), mozzarella cheese (12%), Italian buffalo mozzarella cheese (8%), marinated semi-dried cherry tomatoes (6%) (tomatoes, rapeseed oil, salt, dried garlic, dried oregano), roasted ham with added water (4%) (pork [85%], water, potato starch, maize starch, salt, natural flavourings, gelling agent [carrageenan], antioxidant [sodium ascorbate], preservative [sodium nitrite]) and basil pesto (2%) (basil purée [basil, sunflower oil, salt], sunflower oil, medium fat hard cheese).
