Gracie and Sophie Tyrrell founded Squirrel Sisters in 2015, after Sophie received a potentially life-threatening diagnosis that obliged her to give up sugar. Gracies started making her snack bars packed with healthy alternative ingredients – mostly fruits and nuts – which then formed the basis of a now-booming business.
