Convenient and so easy to add that you won't know how you lived without it before. This sauce is 100% vegan and free from soya, free from gluten and free from nuts. This sauce makes for the ultimate family-friendly cupboard staple.
Details
The Vurger Co started as a small market stall in 2016 and opened its first restaurant in 2018. Since then it has launched a range of products from vegan mayos and vegan cheezy sauces.
Preparation Guidelines
Use straight out of the jar as a dip or alternatively heat it up. To heat, shake well then pour it into a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes until warmed through. Do not allow to boil. Once hot and creamy, it is ready to serve.
Ingredients
Water, sweet potato, nutritional yeast, olive oil, agave nectar, cornflour, lemon juice, mustard (white vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika, spices, flavouring, garlic powder), salt, lactic acid, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, xanthan gum, black pepper.

Vegan.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days and by date shown. The sauce will naturally thicken when refrigerated. Follow the cooking instructions to return it back to a creamy sauce.
