Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, 75g of the sugar and cinnamon.
In a jug, whisk together the vanilla extract, egg and yoghurt, before stirring into the dry ingredients.
Spoon the mixture into a 20cm oven-proof dish, top with the mixed berries and sprinkle over the remaining sugar.
Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden on top and cooked through.
Serve with a drizzle of honey.
