TOP TIP: Run the moulds under warm water to loosen the popsicles

Combine the yoghurt, honey, cream and vanilla extract.


Place the peaches in a blender and blitz until smooth.


Fill each popsicle mould halfway with the peach purée, then half with the cream mixture.


Add sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
