Slice the orange pepper and pineapple into bite sized pieces.
Thread the peppers, pineapple and prawns onto the kebab sticks.
Heat the oil or coconut oil in a griddle pan and grill the kebab sticks, turning every two minutes until cooked.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
