Base ingredients 69%: corn starch, rice flour, water, sourdough 11% (rice flour, water), yeast 3.9%, extra virgin olive oil 2.6%, potato starch, sourdough 2 % (buckwheat), thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; sugar, sunflower oil 1.6%, vegetable fiber (psyllium, bamboo), salt, brown rice flour, teff flour, lentil flour, raising agent: glucono delta-lactone; dextrose. Filling 31%: mozzarella 50% (pasteurized delactosed milk, salt, microbial rennet, acidity regulator: citric acid), tomato purée 49%, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodide), oregano 0.1%.
