High in minerals, antioxidants, and bioflavonoids, this potent antibacterial honey is one of the highest grade Australian Manuka honey and may help to enhance and protect your body’s own defences. Biosota honey is raw and not heat-treated and cold extracted to ensure both an exceptional and one-of-a-kind taste.
Preparation Guidelines
A teaspoon a day may help improve digestion, ease symptoms of fungal or bacterial infections. Mix with lemon, garlic, ginger, and water to help fight colds. This pure Manuka honey is a true super food and is very high in minerals, antioxidants, and bioflavonoids.
Storage
To preserve MGO bioactivity, store at room temperature below 20°C (68°F) and avoid heat exposure. Refrigeration is optional. Crystallisation is natural and doesn’t impact quality or efficacy. To decrystallise, place the sealed jar in warm water. Short-term exposure to higher temperatures, such as during shipping, does not affect the honey.
