Preparation Guidelines
Gently apply to wrists, forehead and even the bottoms of your feet. Keep in your bag, pocket, or desk so that you can apply when you need it the most. Apply every 4 to 6 hours or as needed. The healing properties linger on long after the aroma fades. To fully benefit from the healing properties, massage the roller into specific reflexology and pressure points, such as ball of the foot, big toe pad, middle of sole, heel area, instep, thumb pad, base of fingers, center of palm, web between thumb and index finger, Shen Men (upper inner ear), antihelix ridge (ear curve), ear lobe tips, back of neck at base of skull, inner wrists, top of shoulders, chest and sternum area, and lower back. Rub between palms and take 10 deep inhalations to elicit the powerful physiologic, mental, and emotional responses from this blend.
