Preparation Guidelines
Gently apply to wrists, temples and even the bottoms of your feet. Keep in your bag, pocket, or desk so that you can apply when you need it the most. Apply every 20 minutes for the first hour and then once an hour after, or apply as needed. The healing properties linger on long after the aroma fades. To fully benefit from the healing properties, massage the roller into specific reflexology and pressure points, such as big toe (pad and base), tips of all toes, base of toes, inner arch of foot, tips of all fingers, between thumb and index finger, center of palm, upper helix (outer ear rim) and antihelix (inner ear curve) of the ear, Shen Men (upper inside ear), center of ear lobe, temples, back of the neck, shoulder tops, between eyebrows, and jawline at base of skull. Rub between palms and take 10 deep inhalations to elicit the powerful physiologic, mental, and emotional responses from this blend.
