Preparation Guidelines
Gently apply to wrists, abdomen and even the bottoms of your feet. Keep in your bag, pocket, or desk so that you can apply when you need it the most. Apply every 20 minutes for the first hour and then once an hour after, or apply as needed. The healing properties linger on long after the aroma fades. To fully benefit from the healing properties, massage the roller into specific reflexology and pressure points, such as inner ankles, arch of the foot, big toe pad, heel area, thumb pad, center of palm, base of thumb, antihelix (inner ear curve), Shen Men (upper inner ear), lobe center, lower back, inner thighs, lower abdomen, back of neck, heart center (chest area), and wrists. Rub between palms and take 10 deep inhalations to elicit the powerful physiologic, mental, and emotional responses from this blend.
