The Natural History Museum of Meteora and Mushroom Museum in central Greece hosts two permanent collections: animals and mushrooms. Aiming to highlight the nutritional value of mushrooms and to introduce them into people’s daily diet, it has created a product range of about 80 mushroom and truffle products, which have won more than 50 awards.
Preparation Guidelines
Use them as they are in foods that contain liquids; cook them for 15 minutes. Otherwise, they need to be hydrated for 15 minutes prior to use. The remaining water can be used in cooking.
