Details
Rude Health was launched 2005 by Nick and Camilla Barnard with the ultimate muesli. The range has since expanded to granola, porridge, dairy-free drinks and more but the approach towards ensuring the quality ingredients and no artificial or refined ingredients remaining the same.
Ingredients
Oats, spelt (wheat) flakes, sunflower oil, honey (9%), barley flakes, date syrup, roasted almonds (4%), sunflower seeds (4%), puffed amaranth (2%), roasted hazelnuts (2%).

Contains oats, wheat, barley, almonds and hazelnuts. Made in a facility that handles milk, sesame, soya and nuts.
