Ingredients

Gingerbread biscuit (60%): Wheat flour, margarine (nonhydrogenated palm oil [fruit mesocarp]), water, salt, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [soya]), preservative potassium sorbate, antioxidant citric acid, natural butter flavour, natural colour turmeric, golden syrup, sugar, pasteurised egg, vinegar, leavening agent sodium bicarbonate, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Icing (29%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin powder (dried egg white, carrier solvent triethyl citrate), lemon juice, natural colours (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, beetroot red, turmeric), anticaking agent calcium carbonate and preservative potassium sorbate. Rock candy (6%): Sugar, water, glucose syrup, natural peppermint flavour, natural colours (black carrot extract, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins), antioxidant citric acid and non-hydrogenated sunflower oil. Smarties (5%): Sugar, full cream milk powder, wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm fruit, shea nut, illipe seed, sunflower seed), cocoa mass, rice starch, whey powder, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), natural colours from fruit and vegetable concentrates (radish, safflower, lemon, black carrot, hibiscus, spirulina), glazing agents (beeswax, carnauba wax) and natural flavouring.
