Step-by-step instructions Preparing the icing: Rub the icing bag between your hands to combine its contents. Cut a small hole in each piping bag by snipping the pointy end with clean scissors. Preparing the biscuits: Lay out each of the various shapes of biscuits included in your kit and prepare for decorating. Piping decorations: Follow the line indentations on the biscuits to decorate with different colours. Sweet decorations: Sprinkle some coloured sugar and allow the icing to set until firm then enjoy your masterpiece.

Gingerbread biscuit (50%): Wheat flour, margarine (non-hydrogenated palm oil [fruit mesocarp]), water, salt, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [soya]), preservative potassium sorbate, antioxidant citric acid, natural butter flavour, natural colour turmeric, golden syrup, sugar, pasteurised egg, vinegar, leavening agent sodium bicarbonate, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Icing (44%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin powder (dried egg white, carrier solvent triethyl citrate), lemon juice, natural colours (vegetable carbon, beta-carotene, black carrot extract), anticaking agent calcium carbonate and preservative potassium sorbate. Coloured sugar (6%): Orange sugar (sugar, natural colour beta-carotene) and purple sugar (sugar, natural colour black carrot extract).
