Preparation Guidelines
Frying pan: 5-7 minutes on a medium heat. Stir every now and then. Heating instructions are based on the defrosted product. Ensure the product is piping hot before consumption. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 3 days.

Water, 30% vegetable protein (soya, hydrolysed soya protein), vinegar, salt, barley malt extract, colour plain caramel, natural flavouring, glucose syrup spices, mineral (ferrous fumarate) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
