Semi-cured Manchego: Manchego sheep's milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet, calcium chloride and lysozyme (egg white derivated). Inedible rind: Polyvinyl acetate with polymerised fatty acids, annatto extract and caramel colour. Veal chorizo: halal veal, preservative sodium nitrite, spices (sugar, dextrose, sugar, salt), garlic powder, chilli powder, chillis and starter culture. Veal salami casalingo: halal veal, preservative sodium nitrite, spices (sugar, dextrose, antioxidants [sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid], smoke aroma, salt), white pepper, garlic powder, onion and starter culture. Beef bresaola: halal beef, preservative sodium nitrite, spices (dextrose, maltodextrin, smoke aroma, salt), garlic powder, onion and starter culture. Pimento olives: pimento stuffed manzanilla olives (96%) (olives, pimento paste [red pimento concentrate, emulsifier sodium alginate, stabiliser guar gum], salt, acidity regulator citric acid), sunflower oil, red bell pepper, garlic.
