Preparation Guidelines

Fan oven: 10-12 minutes at 180°C, gas mark 4. Turn once. Frying pan: 10-12 minutes on a medium heat. Turn every now and then. Heating instructions are based on the defrosted product. Ensure the product is piping hot before consumption. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 3 days.

41% vegetables (maize, carrot, onion, green peas, leek, red sweet pepper, green sweet pepper), water, grains (rice, oat flakes, wheat flakes), 8% vegetable protein (soya, wheat gluten, soya protein isolate), sunflower oil, starch (potato, wheat), garlic purée, vinegar, thickener methyl cellulose, natural flavouring, salt, fresh herbs (parsley, dill), soya bean, dried garlic and spices.
