Prepare a barbecue to a medium heat.
In a medium bowl, combine the sumac, dried mint, sea salt and 4 tbsp of olive oil.
Marinate two 100g goat's cheese logs and crottin in the flavoured oil for 1 hour or overnight.
Wrap each log of cheese in a vine leaf. Brush with the remaining oil and place on the grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until oozing.
Serve hot with crusty bread or crackers.
