Toss the prawns with their heads removed and deveined and tomatoes halved in the harissa paste.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil over a high heat and flash-fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes or until charred.
Add the drained cannellini beans and toss to coat.
Season well with the salt and pepper and serve immediately with the fresh parsley.
