Direct inhalation, diffusing in the air, in a carrier oil for direct skin application or massage, compress, steam therapy and in baths. Ultrasonic Diffuser: Add 3-4 drops to recommended water volume. Massage Oil: Add 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for direct skin application. Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a tissue or handkerchief and inhale.. Hot Bath: Add 5 -10 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil and add to your bath, wait until after you have finished filling the bath and the water has been turned off. Hot/Cold Compress: Fill a small bowl with water, add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Stir briskly, soak the cloth, wring, and apply. Facial Steam: Add 2-3 drops to hot water, thoroughly stir your oils into the water, cover your head with a towel and lean your face over the steaming bowl (about 10 inches away). Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose for 1-2 mins, Repeat 2-4 times, as necessary.
