The history of Dr Oetker began in January 1891, when company founder Dr August Oetker fulfilled a lifelong dream by acquiring the Aschoff'sche pharmacy in Bielefeld, Germany. What he developed here through persistent research revolutionized baking and made the preparation of food and pastries much easier. More than 130 years later, the small pharmacy has grown into a family business selling their pizza's and baking ingredients to customers around the world.
Preparation Guidelines
From freezer to plate in under 15 minutes. Preheat your oven. Keep pizza frozen until oven is up to temperature. Remove all outer packaging. Place frozen pizza directly onto the bottom wire oven shelf. Rotate pizza halfway through cooking. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 220°C, 425°F. 10-13 minutes; FAN OVEN: 200°C. 10-13 minutes; GAS OVEN: Gas mark 6. 10-13 minutes. CAUTION topping will be extremely hot!
