Preparation Guidelines
Heat oil in pan, add onions, fry until brown (5 mins). If using uncooked meat add now and brown. Add garlic and ginger, fry for a further 30 secs. Add tikka masala spice mix, stirring until spices are fragrant. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and allow to simmer for 5 mins. Add your veg and/or pre-cooked meat. Stir well and cook on a medium heat for 15 mins or until all ingredients are cooked, adding water as necessary. Season to taste and serve with rice or naan bread.
