Preparation Guidelines
Gently apply to wrists, abdomen and even the bottoms of your feet. Keep in your bag, pocket, or desk so that you can apply when you need it the most. Apply every 20 minutes for the first hour and then once an hour after, or apply as needed. The healing properties linger on long after the aroma fades. To fully benefit from the healing properties, massage the roller into specific reflexology and pressure points, such as arch of foot, heel, tips of the toes, ball of foot, center of palm, thumb pad , base of palm, webbing between thumb and index finger, center of the concha (deep inner bowl of the ear), antihelix curve (lower section), Shen Men (upper inner ear), around the navel (clockwise massage), lower back, below the sternum, and Stomach 36 (below kneecap, outer shin area). Rub between palms and take 10 deep inhalations to elicit the powerful physiologic, mental, and emotional responses from this blend.
