Preparation Guidelines

Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Air fry (approximately half pack) for 14-16 minutes until light golden brown. Flip midway through cooking. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C. Arrange frozen McCain Aloo Tikki in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 16 minutes until light golden brown. Saute: Preheat a little amount of oil. Shallow fry on medium flame for about 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally.
