Preparation Guidelines
Preparing the icing: Rub the icing bag between your hands to blend its contents together. Separation is normal since we use natural colours! If the product is too runny, you may keep the bag in the fridge for a few minutes. Cut a small hole in each piping bag by snipping the pointy end with clean scissors. Preparing the biscuits: Lay out each of the various shapes of biscuits included in your kit and prepare for decorating. Piping decorations: Follow the line indentations on the biscuits to decorate with different colours. Sprinkle decorations: Decorate with some coconut and stars sprinkles then allow the icing to set until firm and enjoy your masterpiece!
Ingredients
Biscuits (59%): Wheat flour, margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils [palm fruit, sunflower seed oil], water, salt, cow's milk solids [whey powder], natural butter flavour, natural colour red palm oil concentrate), liquid sugar, sugar, water, pasteurised egg, vinegar, leavening agent sodium hydrogen carbonate, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Icing (37%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin powder (dried egg white, carrier solvent triethyl citrate), natural colours (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, beetroot red, turmeric, vegetable carbon) and preservative potassium sorbate. Coconut sprinkles (2%): Unsweetened desiccated coconut and preservative sulphur dioxide. Stars sprinkles (2%): Sugar, non-hydrogenated sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour, corn starch, natural vanilla flavour and natural colours (beetroot red, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins).
