Preparation Guidelines
1. Defrost the sambusak leaves for minimum 30 minutes or until defrosted at room temperature. 2. Put desired filling such as meat, cheese, vegetables, etc. 3. Fold to desired shape. 4. Deep fry filled bur sambusak in preheated oil at 180c-190c (356f-374f) for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
